Structured validation for non-bubble apps

The zero-to-one layer for AI founders.

A launch gives you one day of traffic from a tech-savvy crowd. WantBorn connects your idea or prototype to the specific people who actually have the problem — your right first 10 users — and turns their feedback into real validation.

A launch is not validation

A diabetes-management app doesn't need upvotes from developers — it needs actual diabetics. Nobody serves that match at indie prices.

Launch boards
A one-day spike from the same tech-savvy crowd, then silence. Great as a channel — useless as validation for an app whose users aren't on tech Twitter.
Tester panels
Enterprise platforms do match real testers to products — at enterprise prices that lock out every solo builder.
WantBorn
Structured validation at indie prices: work the LaunchOS stages to turn real feedback from the people who have the problem into evidence you can build on.

What you get

LaunchOS

Live

The guided zero-to-one journey for a solo builder. Every stage has entry criteria, the right validation framework, and a tracker for your first 1 / 3 / 5 / 10 real users. Works on day one — no marketplace needed.
The Forum

Live — founder-seeded so far

“Who has this problem?” as a structured, verifiable quest — must-have criteria, ranked solutions, and real people saying whether they have it too.
Matched first users

Not started yet

The plan: once LaunchOS has real Validation data, we personally find each builder's first 3-5 real users by hand, in the communities where they already are. Nobody has gone through this loop yet.

How WantBorn works

  1. 1

    Bring your idea or prototype

A guided, staged process — idea → validation → SLC/MVP → first users → revenue — tells you exactly what to do next, with the right framework at each step.

  2. 2

It goes to the Forum, founder-seeded so far

Not a launch-board crowd. A structured quest for the niche communities where your users already are: the subreddit, the Facebook group, the forum.

  3. 3

    Their feedback becomes validation

Structured criteria, real people saying "I have this problem too," and a real PMF score (the Sean Ellis 40% test) — evidence, not applause.

  4. 4

    Validated apps get distribution

Creator and newsletter rev-share deals, member pricing on your stack, and a marketplace where validation is the ranking signal.

What we don't do: no pay-to-rank, no fake testers, no automated matching while we prove the model. Every match is made by hand.

Founder pricing

$7/month for the first 50 members

Full LaunchOS access, the Forum, and member deals on your stack — locked at $7 for as long as you stay. Then $12 for the next 50, $19 for the next 50, $29 after that. No lifetime deals, ever, on purpose.

  • Price locked at signup
  • Real, public slot counter
  • Cancel anytime

Honest status: membership isn't on sale yet — we're building in the open and billing opens when LaunchOS does. The waitlist is the line for the $7 founder slots.

Building in the open · LaunchOS and the Forum are in active build

No members yet, no traction theater, no numbers we can't back. The brief board below is the working seed of the Forum — real problems, clearly labeled where they're examples.

Be first in line

Builders: work through LaunchOS toward your first 10 real users. Problem-havers: get the app you wish existed. Join the list and we'll onboard you as each piece ships.
