How this works: your description is turned into a problem + must-haves, matched against WantBorn's own rows by word overlap, and only rows that survive that match are ever shown to the model. It cannot name a tool that isn't in the retrieved set. "Matches N of M must-haves" is a count of your own criteria against what each entry claims — not a score any model produced.
